In its 48th consecutive year of providing community services to single-family homeowners who are located in unincorporated Naperville, Northern Wheatland Township and Will County.

We hired an attorney, testified before Naperville's City Council and succeeded in modifying the proposed development (no apartment buildings or townhouses, smaller commercial area, larger lots, etc.). We are here to serve.Formed in 1974, the NWTHA was established in response to a developer's proposal for two subdivisions (now known as Springbrook Crossings and Brook Crossings Estates) and a commercial area (Leverenz Plaza) that would be annexed to Naperville. Boyer was a licensed professional land surveyor and spent 15 years practicing surveying in Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas. Boyer is a lifelong resident of Jefferson County, graduating from Festus High School and Jefferson College.

Boyer is a Missouri State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, President of the Central East Missouri Assessors' Association, and Education Coordinator for the Missouri State Assessors' Association. He took office on September 1st, 2017, and was re-elected in November, 2020. Bob Boyer was elected the first Republican Assessor of Jefferson County since 1931.
